Spacious and clean rooms with beautiful decorations and a jacuzzi tub. . Free wifi provided throughout the hotel. Convenient location in a nice neighborhood, close to major attractions and transportation options.
The breakfast was served in a stuffy room in the basement, which was not very enjoyable. . the breakfast fee was confusing, but the general manager resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room.

New hotel at a reasonable comfort level. Conveniently located near subway station. Neighbourhood looks a bit dodgy but is actually quite ok. Best indication for cab drivers is: "go to Movenpick hotel" (=nearby)
The rooms at the back of the hotel are facing a blind wall on 50cm distance so you have no outside view & daylight. Due to the very narrow space between the buildings in the backwhich works like a sound box, the hum of the airco is quite noticeable at night.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and luxurious, making me feel like royalty. The design of the hotel was also very nice, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal. The staff were helpful and professional, going above and beyond to assist me. They even helped me organize something before my stay, showing their dedication to excellent service. The location was also very convenient, as it was very close to the metro station and the Levent business center.
No issues.

I loved this design hotel. If you are not totally and pleasantly suprised when you arrive at the door, I will be shocked. Compared to high priced alternatives in the area, all I was hoping for was a clean room. On the contrary, what I got was a huge suite with jacuzzi and many more. They did a very nice job on the exterior, way too much for that street. The interior is so peaceful and clean that you feel like you entered into a parallel world, a wonderland. The staff are all educated and young people. The hotel is definitely managed by people whose aim to comfort guests with an extraordinary experience. It is so easy to access the urban and most active parts of Istanbul. Considering the traffic, this is the best location to stay at, both bridges, main highways and public transportation are minutes away. Shopping Centers, restaurants, bars, city views, touristic places, business centers are all close, just ask the reception if you have doubts to go anywhere.
It would be perfect if there were no cars parked on the front road since it is already narrow. However, I guess the price would go way up once the main street entrance restorations are completed.

Perfect design. Beatiful room. Perfect location. Everything works. Nice small supermarket nearby.
I stayed twice for one night. Both rooms looked perfect inside, one of the rooms even had a tiny balcony facing the wall of the next building. And this balcony was the problem: it has steel bars like a jail and causes a frightening thought: this balcony would become a deadly trap in case of a fire.

We had such a romantic and relaxing time during our stay here. The room was spacious and had a really cool purple mood lighting. The free wifi was a big plus for us, and the strong signal made it easy to stay connected. The location was great, very close to the local subway, which made exploring the city convenient. the staff were super friendly and the restaurant had delicious food.
The only minor downside was that the room got quite hot at times, even with the air conditioning on. , our view was not the best as we had a view of a wall.

Location, price. Spa bath.
No window in the next room and Blue lighting made it perpetual twilight! I will come again but ask for a better room.

An excellent hotel for this price. Well maintained, clean with large rooms and bathroom with spa bath. Good decor and very good facilities - swimming pool and sauna. The staff are professional and very helpful.
Nothing really unlikeable about the hotel but if you are in Istanbul to sitesee, it is rather far out of the centre though the metro gets you to Taksim Square where many people stay in 15-20 minutes and you would pay much more for this standard in that area. However, you then have along walk to Sultanamet or the funikuler and tram. So if there for short break you may feel too far out.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is nestled in a nice neighborhood and close to the centre of the city. It is conveniently situated only two minutes away from the local subway, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are spacious and luxurious, giving you a feeling of being in a palace all to yourself. the staff is very accommodating and provides excellent service, calling taxis and ensuring they know the destination before you even get in.
The staff at the reception can be unprofessional and rude at times.

Little swimming pool in the basement (free of charge), big room, nice decoration. Close to metro stop (5 min walk) and a shop (5 min) and 10-15 min walk to big shopping malls.
Small bed felt like it is gonna break every second. Air condition doesn't work properly (no fresh air in the room) and it is very noisy. Only finish sauna in the basement (no Turkish!). Expensive breakast - don't buy it, you have great bakery 3 min aways (close to metro stop). If you wanna go to old part of the city, don't stay in this hotel, it is too far away to go there daily - metro+tram (ca 1 hour - it depends on the hour).

The room was very quiet.
The room's view! I got this not existing view for a balcony with grades facing a wall. Claustrophobic! Also breakfast was good but I waited 15 minutes for the bread...Anyway, worth it!

The rooms are beautifuly decorated, large and clean. The hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast room and service in the kitchen very good. The price of the room is pretty good.
It is far away from the Taksim. Staff at the reception speaks very poor English, and are totally useless. They tried to cheat on us by charging us services that we didn't use. Swimming pool is too small.

Nice facilities. Clean and modern. Food was good and very well priced -- didnt have the regular and "American" prices, like the rest of Turkey. I would stay here again.
No taxi knows where this place is -- needed to guide the taxis I used every day to the place or go to a near landmark (the movenpick). The address on the website is not accurate. Not the place to be if you want to sight see. Wifi is reliable. Access to business district is good, but traffic is particularly bad in immediate vicinity of hotel . Plan on taking 20 min for the first mile, after that is ok -- Istanbul is generally horrible. Access to public transportation excellent. Excellent price ....

Gorgeous hotel at a fabulous price. We were looking for something close(ish) to Bogazici University and this fit our budget and location needs perfectly. We were blown away by the quality of the hotel considering what we paid for it...gorgeous.
